I have a wife, a son, and a daughter.

All of them live in the same house.

All three are single and have a child together.

We all work and pay our taxes together.

I’ve never been in a real situation like this before.

But the house is in the process of being bought for me and my wife, our son, my daughter, and our two granddaughters.

And we have two of them.

All that is left to do is put it up for sale, and we will be paying a steep premium.

What is the house worth?

How much will it cost?

And what would the seller do if the house fell into disrepair?

Read on for answers to those questions.
