Artist William Painter says he invented a face paint that allows people to express themselves without masks.
He also hopes to bring a face-painted experience to children, who have no place to express their emotions.
Painter’s new face paint is a product of the International Association of Face Painting, which was formed in 2007 to promote the art of painting without masks to raise awareness about facial expressions.
The group, which represents more than 50,000 people, is now part of the Association for the Preservation of American Art, which has more than 4,000 members.
The goal is to preserve the history of the art form.
Painer said he is now trying to make a face mask out of an old cardboard box.
“The box I used is about 4 feet by 4 feet, so the face I’m trying to paint with it is a little bit bigger,” Painter said.
“It’s just something I’m doing because I think it’s something that we’re all looking for in a mask.
And so we’re trying to figure out a way to do it.”
Painter said he started experimenting with a different type of mask to see what would work best for him.
“I wanted to make it something that people would be able to understand what I was trying to say and then they would understand what they were trying to do,” he said.
Painters first made the mask using the old cardboard boxes from his father’s business.
Then he created a mask with his own custom-made foam mask and added a small paint brush to the face.
He said it took about five minutes to make and take about an hour to apply.
The mask is meant to be worn while painting a face and Painter said it would look natural and not cover up his face.
He said he hopes to eventually make a mask for everyone to wear.
“But right now, I’m just trying to find a way for people to feel safe to express how they feel,” Painter added.
Painman said he has been making face paint for more than 20 years and said he enjoys creating it.
“When I paint my face, it’s a really intense time.
And I love that, I just really love it,” he added.
